Cancellation Policy before shipping

Requests received Before product shipping will be cancelled, if product is shipped then we will not be able to cancel order.

 

Refund Policy after shipping

We will refund 100% amount if product is damaged or lost in transit.

For bulbs/seeds received damaged or Rotten, Report us within 2 days with photographs, we will investigate and refund replace accordingly.

All the items are plant based items and non returnable.

If bulb or seeds received good, and it rots later after you have sown , we will not be able to refund or replace, as bulb rotted by growing condition as its growers responsibility.

Bulb we source from farmers or import them from breeder, they are sold as we receive same as tagged, there are some instances where they do not come as tagged, in that condition buyer can send bulb back to us and we will do the refund, bulb should be returned to us in good condition in which they have received before bloom.

In case of bulbs and seed not germination we have no liability as many factor responsible for germination.

All our seeds are branded, and tested by us before making them live on website.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
